Oh, is that why those pixels in the top left never turn on?

This has introduced a nasty regression, PCD8544 is not usable like this.
Now, lines (in groups of 8, naturally) are shifted 2 pixels left after the first line (so lines 8- 16-23 are 4 px to the left, lines 24-31 are 6px to the left, etc.
Calling g.flip() causes the image to shift 10-12 pixels to the left, and when it wraps around to the right side, the part that wrapped is shown 8 pixels higher than they're supposed to.
