Thanks for pointing this out. I don't know where ido-imenu is supposed to be defined but it is not part of Emacs24 (although both ido and imenu are). I'm removing this binding from starter-kit-bindings.org.
If you do want this sort of functionality, I would suggest looking in the following places...
