@jwilberding we have a somewhat complete example in the wiki. Would linking to that be sufficient?

Yes, just make sure it stays updated as new config options are added, or
the PR should not be accepted.

That is a new PR that adds config options should be rejected if it does not
have updates to the wiki config.

I think that is more than reasonable. Though we have the issue now that we
need to dig through and update the wiki.
