I will add a button to step 3: "Script Migrations" that scripts a idempotent script for all migrations for now

I think there are two common tasks:
- Generate an idempotent script for all migrations (most common)
- Generate a non-idempotent script from a previous migration to the latest
I think all other cases (down scripts, windows, etc.) probably don't need GUI.
