Separate it in modules, like:
- watchables;
- compiles;
- copy;
- builders.
But also make sure client and server have different tasks, in case one of them takes a different road, the other one is not touched.

Aurelia's separation is interesting.
Then inside build we could have server / client (maybe common) and go from there.

Modules separated, a bit of refactoring to be done, but most of the hard stuff is in the past.
