Remove livereload example about grunt-express-server HOT 4 CLOSED

Thanks! I still have much better success using grunt-regarde + grunt-livereload than with grunt-contrib-watch, but I agree that it shouldn't be recommending something that isn't officially supported.

What should we do about your second suggestion regarding grunt-contrib-express? Is this something I should initiate with core members or what?

@ericclemmons Yes, you should bring it up with the core team https://github.com/gruntjs?tab=members. They can go through and make suggestions, and if the plugin meets their standards, they can assume authority under https://github.com/gruntjs organization.
