Filter option for external anime root folders. about taiga HOT 3 CLOSED

What happens when your external HDD is not connected? Does uTorrent give an error and/or fall back to a different location? What is the expected behavior?

Right now, it just tells utorrent to download the anime to the external hard drive, however if the hard drive is not connected utorrent gives error messages due to errors since the path does not exist.
What I'd expect to happen is the option to turn off download when my hard drive is not plugged in. So taiga knows my hard drive is not connected and therefor does not tell utorrent to download the files.
Once I connect my hard drive again it could start all the downloads.

I think this is a rather uncommon scenario, which doesn't justify the additional option.

For now, I made a change in 7201d88 so that Taiga checks the download path before telling uTorrent to use it. This should result in uTorrent using the default download location rather than giving out an error.
