PHP 8.x Tooltips

Hello,

with PHP 8.x the tooltips implemented on my website don't work anymore. With PHP 7.4.x the tooltips are working perfectly.
EQdkp-Plus: FILE: 2.3.39.0, DB: 2.3.39.0
PHP Version: 8.0.23
mySQL: 10.4.23-MariaDB-1:10.4.23+maria~bionic

This is the code I use in the header:
