Hmm, this is the revision I've written and it seems that even it is a raw sql it is not working with MySQL.
But what you have to worry about was your alembic revision not mines. You should have used "alembic upgrade head" or "alembic upgrade +1" and then a consecutive "alembic downgrade -1" to check if your revision is working correctly.
What you did was to use "alembic downgrade -1" first, which updates your database even to a prior version then yours.

Yes, I would personally probably never downgrade like this. However, it seems something's up with MySQL and this particular downgrade which I found worth bringing to your attention.
