Unchangable passwords is a left over of the OAuth thingy… I fixed that in 14b507c.

For now I've included Gravatars at /rest/users/:user/avatar (it's just a HTTP 307 to gravatar.com). We may allow upload of avatars later (and user Gravatar as a fallback)…

Nope. You can put as many mail addresses in your gravatar account as you want. And if you don't want to register with your main mail address for whatever reasons (e.g. spam protection), why would you give us the main address in a seperate field?
