PHP 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.4 Minimum version required for envault is PHP 7.4 :)

Hello, You must install composer dependecies. Pls run composer install

I gave up installing because I didn't want to bother with setting up a database and redis worker and configuring some foreign PHP framework.
