Update Rapi To New API, Add Sample Rate/Interval to App about isense-hardware HOT 2 CLOSED

@jdalphon - iSENSE should make it possible to changes srate to something other than 1 lol

Additionaly, srate should be more like a "sample interval" instead (ie give us desired milliseconds between each data point recorded rather than a desired rate in Hz)

from isense-hardware.

As far as RestAPI goes, I still need to:

• Look at all status returns and do something with those
• Do more testing on functions I modified

However, srate and adding/removing fields from the objects rapi uses are all set. I also modified a function that now needs a session_key to use (forgot which one that was..)
