Some of the issues seem to stem from mirrored layers which seem to be stored in the 'fxrp' reference point. This seems to deal with flipping and scaling. Further tests are required
from photoshopapi.
After implementing the fxrp tagged block it actually turned out that this was not the issue and instead the issue seems to be related to mask layer pixels which seem to get messed up, will look into this now
from photoshopapi.
The above issue was fixed in 25d368e which resolved most issues but not all of it
from photoshopapi.
While 725e5e3 did fix the primary issues it still does not match pixel perfect due to advanced blending options which we currently do not pass. But this is acceptable for the time being
