PS: in that specific use case, I found a workaround, asking Vim to put its swap file elsewhere.

Hi @jucor, the latest fswatch sources implement the -e/--exclude option which lets you specify a set of regular expression to filter paths to be monitored. This option can be specified multiple times in order to use multiple filters. The -E/--extended option can be used to tell fswatch to interpret regular expressions as extended regular expressions.
A release bundle will be prepared in the following days, but if you still need this feature you can grab the sources and compile it yourself.
