Oops I’m sorry, I see know you are using npx. My bad. It still seems like some runtime package is missing... basically the call stack isn’t even coming out codemod code. Just for giggles, could you post/host this first template so I can double check the mod against it?

Hi, I was thinking this was solved for me. However upon closer inspection it wasn't :-)
It seems the error does not always occur... Most of the time invocation works. When continue the exact command will fail and then continue to fail. even after resetting the template.
Googling the error seems to point to an ignore variable, somewhere... Does that make sense to you? babel/babel#9032 (comment)
