I agree, encodeURIComponent doesn't make sense there. v isn't being used to construct a URI; it's being used as the value attribute of an input element. Likewise with decodeURIComponent being used for the values on the data object that's being used for the jQuery request; why would those values be URIs in the first place?

Sorry, my commit was premature—there's still encoding being done, and it's inconsistent. If you edit a field and then do the embed, you get URI-encoded junk out. Reopening...

OK, I've removed the encodeURIComponent calls that were in selector.js as well and everything seems to be working fine. Please pull from master and let me know if there are any problems. Thanks!
