Function parameter list indentation about php-mode HOT 7 CLOSED

Ouch, thanks for pointing this out. I'm also not super familiar with customizing cc-mode's indentation, so I didn't realize variable indentation was caught in the cross-fire. I'll dig through the docs and see what can be done.

For now I'm going to merge your change since it effectively negates what I did, and then go back to the drawing board and try to come up with something else after getting a better grip on the guts of cc-mode.

This is strange, but I get the style of the example you posted no matter if I turn on your changes, remove them, remove the two other lines... It's all the same for your example. Am I missing something here?

Any chance you compiled the changes and haven't actually unloaded them? I would totally kill Emacs and restart it to see.

Started a new instance of emacs (not client) every time. Left the old instance running, but that shouldn't interfere.
