If you know how to code in python u can easily fix it you have to update the Library yourself if the Developer dont do it.
When you Click on "Text" you have to accept the ToS of Omegle and the bot is not updated for this.

So before the Libary clicks on Text you have to Accept the ToS that means you have to make it "click" to the Checkboxes and Accept it after it. Dont know how to do it with requests i never used it. maybe u find a way:

I try to check how work this part, and I sees that all are based on omegle events, but for the ToS, there isn't a specific events, but it's a simple mask with the input disabled, with javascript it's easy because after remove the disable attribute the button it's cliccable and after work without checking the checkbox, but on python I don't know how to achive this, because all are based on events

The code inside the library should be changed to:
Change "caps=recaptcha2,t" to "caps=recaptcha2,t2" inside START_URL variable.
