Unlike what I had previously planned, ELWebService 4.0.0 will not introduce any breaking changes to existing APIs, aside from the changes that are needed for Swift 3 compatibility.
My goal is to make the transition from Swift 2.3 to Swift 3 easier for ELWebService users by avoiding mixing in other breaking changes. v4 will not receive any new features and will exist only to ease the transition from Swift 2.3 to Swift 3.
The API improvements will now be introduced in ELWebService 5.0.0. See the v5 roadmap for more information on the planned API improvements and breaking changes.

A Swift 3 compatible release is now available as version 4.0.0
