I think the wording needs to be simple, Im not sure everyone will know if there browser supports webmidi or not.

perhaps to be precise, include a version number?

more generally, I think there perhaps should be a 'supported' list, so users know which browsers and versions are 'tested'

then perhaps a 'Working Browser' topic in the forums, where users can list browsers that they are using and know to work.
i.e. I think we can expect the list of known working browsers coudl reasonably exceed the officail tested/supported browsers. this is a pretty common scenario in this area.

(this might help if there are other browser quirks which caused issues beyond the webmidi requirement)
