xAPI interceptor - Components to setup about polil HOT 2 CLOSED

The LRS is installed and I created a short wiki page to understand how to launch it.
The activities to install moodle and its xAPI plugin must be done again because it is not on the server.
Please install moodle in the same EC2 instance of the LRS.
Hopefully, it will be possible to reuse the PostgreSQL instance already adopted by SQLRS installed (just to have less DB to manage)

@AltiMario I set up an EC2 instance with Ubuntu system of the LRS on AWS console.
And made it available to connect from the xShell.
Then I initialized the Moodle 3.3.9 for xAPI integration, but during the setup, I found out we are missing the PostreSQL database schema to create the Moodle database structure.
I am finding it from different sources, but I want you to help me with this if you have free time.
