Currently we are not handling materials seperately. They are handled in association with its creation.
For example if a creation is in draft all of its materials will be treated as in draft. The draft flag is stored in creation only and not for every individual material of the creation.
This ticket is totally valid and I believe it's directly related with #324.
There would also be a small api level check (I will handle that in #324).

@huzaifa-99 I fixed the description, it was bad explained confusing materials with creations, sorry.
There is no need to managed materials separately.
This ticket is for:
do NOT display "claim button" and "share function" when the CREATION is in DRAFT (meaning display them only the the creation is published)
from pocre.
