The device is mainly about a smart cane connected to a mobile application, it includes a distance sensor (LIDAR), Bluetooth supported controller (Bluno Arduino), wireless charging modulo. The Smart cane job is to keep a track of the safety distance between the user and obstacles, which is estimated by the LIDAR radiations.The smart stick is connected with a mobile application via a Bluetooth connection, the mobile application reads the distance measured by LIDAR constantly when the safe distance is exceeded, the mobile vibrates so that the user can be aware of a nearby obstacle . A wireless charge station is attached to the cane, so that it can easily be charged at any time. Furthermore, the design of the cane is simple, elegant, and light, in order to provide the user with a higher level of comfort.
