[Obs Alerting] Update alert details "source bar" about kibana HOT 1 OPEN

After a discussion with @maciejforcone :

1. Related logs are not actually related logs in the case of a metric alert, so the idea is to move that link to each chart.
   • We will move it for each chart in the "view logs/documents(naming TBD)" and also possibly when clicking on the chart itself as an action.
2. Related SLO
   • It will not be in the source section, and we will consider adding a widget to the page.
   • How do we know which SLO is related?
     By looking at the SLO definition, information such as service.name and group by in SLO can indicate a link to the current alert.
3. Icons are related to the Entity details view (new initiative), so it is not included in the first iteration.
