@czchen, coveralls should support exclude files by using --exclude FILE. Could you try this out?

@eddyxu, yes, --exclude CMakeFiles/CompilerIdCXX/CMakeCXXCompilerId.cpp can solve this particular problem.

However, cmake might generate different C/C++ files when CMakeLists.txt being updated or cmake itself being updated. So we need to track all generated file names and update exclude list according them. This is something we want to avoid.

I just start to check if it is possible to use fnmatch or re to do --exclude, so that we can easily filter out any source file under CMakeFiles without affecting coverage file in the same directory.

I have added -E/--exclude-pattern to use regular expression to set exclude file rules 4251aa4

I might merge the current -e with -E when I have a decent set of test suite.
