Thank you for the report. There is a known compilation/configuration issue with TLS 1.3 that we are looking at fixing in the next release.

Hi @tstapko -san, MS team,
Could you please let me know if this issue has been fixed in the latest version (v6.2.0). I've checked the source file (Link) and it doesn't seem to be changed/fixed yet.

@ReKawashima , there is no plan to support RSA-PSS which is required by TLS 1.3 if RSA certificate is used. The only support certificate is ECDSA based for TLS 1.3.
