I don't think anyone has maintained it properly in a very long time - but as git uses it for mapping names/emails over time it is interesting historical document. Presumably the EF's IP tracking has had to keep similar records over time. I am fine to ditch it here.

I see. I think I will just leave it as is and effectively ignore it. Anyone who wants to maintain it could do so.
