@hreineck Please coordinate with @tuckerzp on this! I think that EasyDynamics/oscal-react-library#571 may handle this (or at least @tuckerzp has touched code very close to this recently).

I played around with loading the rev4 & rev5 profiles using Docker and just running things locally. I do not think that EasyDynamics/oscal-react-library#571 fixes your issue entirely. I think it makes some of the backmatter resolution cleaner and will make fixing your issue less painful, but the parent url not being quite as explicit still does mess up resolution. I would recommend building off of OSCAL_REACT_GIT=feature/remove-profile-resolution-workarounds once it is merged in, just because it is a step in the right direction.
I also think that EasyDynamics/oscal-demo-content#29 will provide some more content to test with. We are now using a relative link, so the Catalog being loaded in the Profile also breaks in the Editor when using Docker.
