Save Event Data to S3 for Debugging about aws-ses-lambda HOT 3 CLOSED

Had to add AmazonS3FullAccess policy to the LambdaExecRole in order to save data to S3 from Lambda. https://console.aws.amazon.com/iam/home?region=eu-west-1#/roles/LambdaExecRole

Given that we are only using this event debugging during development, I'm not going to add this to the README.md But I will include a link in the debug function docs in case anyone else wants to debug their event object using S3.

In addition to the unit tests with 100% coverage, we can test this working in the browser:
