I am getting the same error, although I get it using the google-play-cli. Quoting the error - "RequestError: Error retrieving information from server. [RH-02]".

And I have double checked the login,password and android device id. For your reference, I get the device id using the app -"Device ID" by evozi.

Same error, even if trying run examples. Trying different real login-pass pairs and real device id. I even get mail that I login from new device, but don't getting any info about app, just error "RequestError: Error retrieving information from server. [RH-02]".

try using the GSF id from the program you used to get the device id. Does it show one of those?
