Thanks for raising this. The jar files can be found here:
https://github.com/dstl/baleen/releases
You should be able to download both the baleen and jar and baleen javadoc jar files from here and then you will be able to run baleen without having to build it.
If you do want to build it yourself, the instructions can be found here:
https://github.com/dstl/baleen/blob/master/BUILD.md

Ok that makes sense. I just git cloned everything so I didn't see those files. Thank you!
