Looking at this one, I think this should have already been resolved. I actually think this was an old issue with PSGallery validation that they fixed a while back (I used to get the problem with my resources until it stopped happening).
I'd suggest closing this issue. If it occurs after the next release to PSGallery then reopen it. @KarolKaczmarek ?
