The latest version 0.7.2 has an option to change the port
from audio-band.

I easily solved this problem as you said before, changing the Redirect URI. I choosed port 8081
On spotify:

Now it works perfect!

Using another port should be fine right? I have that in the works.

Important notice when trying to configure this setting, is to edit the redirect URI in the spotify developer console. Otherwise you will get an INVALID_CLIENT: Invalid redirect URI error
