@zdarin - Looks like you are missing the lang folder inside of your resources folder. Just create an empty lang folder in resources.

ok but Laravel 9 have lang folder in root of project or this path need to be created because do not mess with existed langs ??

@zdarin I forgot the lang directory was moved to the root of the project starting with LV9. Pushed an update that should fix that.
