Line and polygon icons are not aligned and scaled.

While editing a polyline, it was impossible to draw/click near other points on the map, as the clicks were intercepted and 'selected' the (hand-placed) points.

E.g. when drawing the smoke cone, the cone started near the other incident icons, but we needed to zoom in very much in order to draw these points.

While editing a polyline, another user wanted to drag/create a point on the map. The drawing polylines dialog subsequently disappeared, and we had to double click on the map to end the drawing polylines state, which was not obvious.
