Following a suggestion in the forums, editing build.sh to remove -le-loader from the options list appears to work, as the .elf and .srec files are created now.

That's good news as I couldn't reply before because I was visiting friends for the weekend. I'm building LISP with esdk.2015.1 and these libraries are needed:

 -le-hal  -le-loader -lpthread

If the link option -le-loader is removed the following error message appears:

    host_main.c:(.text.startup+0xae): undefined reference to `e_load_group'

I guess you are using the older version of e-gcc because as far as I remember I had to add this library when I upgraded my build environment. I hope everything is OK now.
