The video is from a much older version, the layout now is very similar (the video is using the old Tree Style Tabs version, we have since moved to Sideberry), if not exactly, what you have there. I wasn't a fan of the amount of spacing in the initial versions and made it a bit more compact.

You should be able to access the other sidebar options (bookmarks, botwarden, etc) by clicking the Sideberry icon at the top. If you don't see it, you likely need to turn your bookmark bar on.

You can add additional spacing between the tabs by modifying the "--tabs-spacing" CSS property in Sideberry. There's a small blurb on how to do that here, I really should spend some time and rework the entire ReadMe and outline all the different properties that are available, there are a lot of them!

Yes, I tried changing that. But the background shrinks. But when I adjust the tab height as mentioned in the comment, it grows down. But I am not able to bring both the icon and the text of the tab to the center

This should be fixed with the new Sidebery v5 release. A rewrite of the styling is required.
