Any response on this? I received a final reminder from FB this week.

You can just update the URLs in your app, unless you're using something baked in?
private static readonly AuthorizationServerDescription FacebookDescription = new AuthorizationServerDescription
{
TokenEndpoint = new Uri("https://graph.facebook.com/v2.7/oauth/access_token"),
AuthorizationEndpoint = new Uri("https://graph.facebook.com/v2.7/oauth/authorize"),
};
protected override string GraphUrl
{
get { return "https://graph.facebook.com/v2.7/me?access_token="; }
}
There's no differences in OAuth flow between the versions, at least not in my testing.

Can you explain more clearly where to put your code above? FacebookDescription and GraphUrl.

I made my own FB client based on this sample: https://github.com/DotNetOpenAuth/DotNetOpenAuth/blob/190e5528f53432e6dfa9aab07f2767cd0fe35c53/samples/DotNetOpenAuth.ApplicationBlock/OAuth2/Facebook/FacebookClient.cs
Then you can consume like this:
In there you can see the URLs mentioned. I replaced with the new versions. According to official docs the "no version" path (the ones show in the code above) is v1.0 and was deprecated April 30, 2015--I updated to 2.6 explicitly on June 30, 2016 and the old path was still working for me even though it was officially deprecated a year earlier. So that's a bit confusing.
