Mono Support about docker.dotnet HOT 7 CLOSED

Interesting. What version of Mono are you working with? Are you going
command line or using Xamarin Studio or another IDE?

Interesting, I developed this library in Mono on OS X.

Not sure what the issue was, seems ok now

I've got the error back here's a screenshot with code and result in the terminal

Looks like the issue is Xamarin Studio in that it wasn't copying System.Net.Http into the bin directory

Based on @jchannon posts I checked for the System.Net.Http.dll:

UPDATE:

I configured Visual Studio to set "Copy local" for System.Net.Http to true. This fixes the error for me too.
