Ah, figured out more on this. It's not related to the - in the name, it seems like a bug in the code that does "...". If I resize the server drawer slowly then names disappear when they hit a certain spot (based on length, seems like when they are ready to be switched to end in ...). It was just that my server with the above name had just that exact length with my server drawer width.
