@jtomek sorry haven't had any experience using HMVC with A3M. Feel free to contribute back if you gleam any improvements from that model.

I think that changing A3M from MVC to HMVC would be beneficial for the project. Mainly because then the Auth would work like a standalone module that would be really easy to install and upgrade in any project (providing the HMVC extension) Moreover, from what I studied yesterday, using HMVC doesn't lower the performance almost at all and makes the code clearer and more solid.

Anyway, I will get back to you guys soon with the results of my try.

@jtomek I can always create an a3m-hmvc branch if you like to contribute to it, might be beneficial for some other people.

I tried to implement it, but I was unsuccessful. More specifically I gave up. I would have to change too many things in A3M. And rather not to mention the nightmares when new A3M updates would come out. So my solution is: I have rewritten my app to be HMVC (app/modules/...) and kept A3M in the original models folder. It works like that.
