Seems to be related with doctrine/DoctrineModule#76
Still thinking about it. Is this breaking your app in an unfixable way?

I've worked around it for now by creating service aliases in the Zend Framework configuration. Hopefully the same workaround will work for others while you work out the best approach to doctrine/DoctrineModule#76.

@SteveTalbot any clue on that issue is gold-worth. I really want to get away from the current naming conventions, but for the 1.x series of the modules.
