[VBox] Everything works great until VM reboot, then I get TLS Handshake error: remote error: bad certificate about machine HOT 9 CLOSED

Indeed, they seem very similar. I should note that in Virtualbox GUI, the VM shows as running, so I don't think the problem is that VBox has failed to bring up the VM as @ehazlett suggested. machine ssh works fine and docker commands inside the VM work too.

In #99, @michaelbarton didn't say his VM wasn't running. I believe it is the same root cause.

Give #109 a shot, should fix the problem.
