Can you give us more information on what you when you started docker, what worked and what dialog message you got? Did you happen to run a previous Beta version of Docker or is it a fresh install? Does #8 (comment) help?

Same problem i am facing after installing docker for mac in MAC OSX EI Capitan 10.11.1

I suspect this is the result of a previous partially-uninstalled com.docker.vmnetd component. Could you re-open if the workaround from #8 doesn't work?
