Nesting (dots) breaks updating about dna-engine HOT 4 CLOSED

First one - A) case. It would be easier to work with empty models, otherwise we have to manually create structure and pass to dnajs. But i think that template already defines structure and is able to recreate it automatically.

Wouldn't it be also cool if we recreate null objects? If we have "a.b.c", b is null and we want to set c then we get an exception.

Do you mean...

A) automatically create missing objects, like:

dna.util.assign(null,      'a.b.c', 7);  //return: { a: { b: { c: 7 } } }
dna.util.assign({ a: {} }, 'a.b.c', 7);  //return: { a: { b: { c: 7 } } }

or
B) generate an error if null is encountered, like:

dna.util.assign({ a: { b: null } }, 'a.b.c', 7);  //throw exception!
