Hi, thanks for passing by!

To combine mptt and parler, make sure the manager class also inherits both. For example:

from mptt.managers import TreeManager
from parler.managers import TranslatableQuerySet, TranslatableManager

class CategoryManager(TreeManager, TranslatableManager):
    pass

    # optionally: set `queryset_class = CategoryQuerySet`

So you can use that:

class Category(MPTTModel, TranslatableModel):
    ...
    objects = CategoryManager()

Additionally, when you translate a field on a model, it means that field isn't at the original model anymore in the database. It only exists on your model class as a "proxy". If django-shop has difficulties with that, you'll have to ask them for a solution or a way around it.

And I have problem with django-mptt too. I have model Category which inherits from MPTTModel with multilingual attributes as name, description, slug... and how to get django-parler working with this?

This doesn't work:
