Increase Bus Factor about ihp HOT 7 OPEN

I see the appeal of growing the bus factor, but I'd also like to share a different perspective. IHP shares some qualities with Elm, and I mean that positively.

Drawing a parallel, take Drupal as a case in point. While it boasts many contributors, it's become a complex behemoth catering to countless use cases. On the other hand, IHP, much like Elm, leans towards simplicity. There's a merit in an almost-single vision — it ensures the framework direction remains clear and focused.

With that said, a call once every few months could be fun :)
