sorry it seems i didnot used to how cleanlinks works. 'other cleaner' just show the target link and not original link.

No problem, i think you're used to DOM Traversing, however this slows down page load times. That mode was in fact the default prior to version 2.4, newer versions have Event Delegation mode activated by default, where we just listen to click events. I've updated the AMO listing page to explain this.
