CleanLinks disables showing mouseover links at bottom of window about cleanlinks HOT 6 CLOSED

I installed the GitHub Extension Installer, and downloaded CleanLinks direct from GitHub.

Problem solved, with the installation of the v2.6.1a1
It is now showing the links on mouse-over.
I'm testing it at various sites.

Site 1: MSN.com
Mouseover on a widget shows the long (obfuscated) URL, and if I use FF's right-click context menu 'Copy Link Location', it merely copies:
http://www.msn.com/

Site 2: Google Image Search
Again, mouseover shows the long URL, but Copy Link Location copies the entire obfuscated URL:

I did verify CleanLinks was enabled, and I restarted FireFox, with the same results.

Great that solved it.

As for the issue with CopyLink over Google images, there's defined by default the URL parameter imgres? for the Skip Links... option which is preventing the link from being cleared. If you want CleanLinks to work over there, remove that.

Btw, read the AMO description about "Event Delegation" mode since i just realized you might be interpreting both points as issues, they're not really, links are cleared on-the-fly when clicking them.

Ah, I see. I removed the imgres/? from skip links, and made a few other tweaks, and now it is working as I expected it should on Google Image Search.

But on the MSN.com widgets, it's my mistake: The MSN Widgets are not obfuscated URLs, just rather long URLs
However, with one those widget links, dragging a shortcut to the desktop works, and opening in a tab works, but right-click Copy Link Location just copies the domain.

With Event Delegation mode enabled, the long URL copies to the clipboard as: http://www.msn.com/ and with Event Delegation Mode disabled, the long URL copies as: http://www.msn.com/#

Should I disable CopyLink Controller, or can I add a....

Problem solved.
I inserted:
bing.com/widget|
into the Skip Links Matching with...
and now the link operates as it should, with dragging links, copying links, and opening links, on the MSN Widget. (perhaps you should incorporate this change into it's default config...)
