lapsolver is not used in this repo. It should be okay to simply omit it. Try delete this line.

I noticed apex is required in your code, but *.yml does not mention it.
Could you share the version of your apex?
I met a problem about apex after pip install apex.

apex is not mandatory. You could delete all apex-related code.
If you would like to install, please clone this repo and install manually.
